For shared use: property. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Steep motor access to the house. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Single garage at the house, public parking 300 m. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Dimension: height 195 cm width 235 cm. Shop, grocery, restaurant 500 m, bakery, café 600 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Flims Dorf, Post" 450 m, railway station "Chur" 24 km.
