Renovated apartment with amenities in Salla municipality center. Grocery and restaurant services are right next to the apartmen. Sallatunturi ski resort and national park only 10 km away.Top floor (3rd floor) apartment in the center, house built in 1987, apartment completely renovated in 2022. Living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, kitchenette, sauna, washroom, separate WC, balcony and storage. There is no lift in the house. Allergy-friendly materials were used in the interior and furnishings. Washing machine with drying functionality. Coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The apartment has own parking space and wall outlet for car heating. Charging of electric car is allowed for an additional fee, pay directly to the owner.The apartment has some tea, coffee, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper ready for the customers.Possibility to observe northern lights from the balcony and the kitchen windows, when they occur.All services of Salla municipality center are within walking distance. Sallatunturi (ski resort) slopes, spa, sports facilities and other services 10 km. Salla Reindeer park 12 km. Ski slopes and snowmobile trail network start not far from Salla municipality center.
