Flims 21 km from Chur: Beautiful apartment house "Casa Tavaun", 1'050 m a.s.l., 4 storeys, surrounded by trees and meadows. On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Flims, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 1 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Room cleaning on request (extra). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Communal covered parking. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 300 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 150 m, railway station "Chur" 21 km. Golf course (9 hole) 8 km, sports centre 3 km, walking paths from the house 5 m, cable car 5 km, ski lift 1 km, gondola lift 1 km, skisport facilities 1 km, slopes 1 km, ski bus stop 30 m, ski school 1 km, sled run, cross country ski track 500 m, ice rink 3 km. Nearby attractions: Rheinschlucht. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Flims/Laax/Falera. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Caumasee, Crestasee. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
