Near to the airport of the Air Zermatt (helicopters). Access through a tunnel (30m) with an elevator to the house beautiful, comfortable apartment house "Sonnhalde B", 4 storeys. In the district of Spiss, 800 m from the centre, in a quiet, elevated position, south facing position. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Grocery 550 m, supermarket, bakery 800 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Spiss" 200 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 800 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 700 m, ski bus stop 200 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency in Zermatt.
