Large, beautiful apartment house "Silence", 4 storeys, renovated in 2014. In the district of Winkelmatten, 1.2 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: lift, central heating system. Grocery 600 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 600 m, 25 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestiboden" 60 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1.2 km. Mountain railway 800 m, ski rental 800 m, ski bus stop 60 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency in Zermatt. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Small kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of Matterhorn.
