Simple small apartment house "Select", 4 storeys. In the district of Winkelmatten 1.1 km from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny position, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Stepped path (98 steps) to the house. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 900 m, restaurant 400 m, bakery 500 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Luchre" 100 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1.1 km. Mountain railway, ski rental 650 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school, children's ski school 850 m. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house.
