Offering a range of chalet holidays in resorts across Europe, North America and even Japan, Scott Dunn’s mission is to dazzle their guests with some of the finest things that life has to offer.
Because everyone’s different, these packages are planned to let you create a bespoke itinerary around your group’s interests, likes and dislikes - it’s your holiday after all. Hosts are praised for their ‘nothing’s too much trouble’ ethos and are there to deliver various levels of catering service to suit your wishes, explained in more detail below.
It’s your choice whether travel is arranged by SNO, or left to you. Your requirements for lift passes, ski equipment and ski lessons can all be taken care of too ahead of your trip.

Scott Dunn Chalets
These high-end ski chalets cater for groups of various sizes and come with all kinds of bells and whistles, like hammams and the latest entertainment systems. The stars of the show have exquisitely designed pools and cinema rooms as well as comfy lounges and bedrooms you’ll quickly feel at home in. These properties are in some seriously hard-to-beat spots, but if the ski lift or centre feels too far to walk to, a driver service is on hand to whisk you to and fro.
There are usually three different levels of catering to choose between on these holidays:
The ‘Essential Service’ covers a delivery of fresh bread and pastries in the mornings, but you’d take care of the rest of the cooking (there’s a meal delivery service available too). On the drinks front, there’ll be a welcome drink and complimentary soft drinks and beer throughout the week.
The ‘Flexi Service’ provides you with breakfast and afternoon tea. For dinners, you’ll decide on a combination of dishes cooked by your in-chalet chef on up to three nights, then spend the other evenings dining out in resort. Drinks with this package are likely to include a welcome drink and pre-dinner drinks on the nights you dine in.
Last but certainly not least, ‘Full Service’ usually means your chef and hosts prepare the full works: breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner through the week (apart from their one day off, when you’ll need to sort out your own supper). Complimentary champagne, wine, spirits and soft drinks should be in plentiful supply all week for you to sip as and when you please – cheers to that!
For something really special, ‘Flying Chefs’ - often tv personalities and heads of acclaimed restaurants - can be flown in at your request to add an unforgettable feast to your holiday, wherever you are. You’ll be able to watch them at work preparing a once-in-a-lifetime meal that you then get to eat every single inch of.

Across all levels of service, most dietary requirements can be catered for with no problem at all as long as they’re mentioned well in advance. Whatever catering you go for, there are other bits and bobs that hosts can take care of, like daily housekeeping and an in-resort driver service. Qualified private nannies are available if you need to add childcare to the equation and there are kids clubs in several resorts too.

Scott Dunn Brand & History
Scott Dunn Ltd was started in 1986 by a British man called Andrew Dunn, with the help of a £5,000 bank loan.
Today, the company has its official ‘base’ in Solana Beach, California, but they largely operate out of their UK office in Putney, just across the bridge from us. The Scott Dunn Charitable Fund demonstrates its commitment to education, community development and conservation around the world, donating to several small charities that are working in these areas.
