Residence Chalet Montana Airelles Summary

Savoyard feeling - The Chalet Montana Airelles is a beautiful residence hosting 8 spacious (approx. 100m2), bright and glamourous apartments. It has a truly attractive look thanks to a classic use of wood and stone typical of the Savoyard style. The apartments are high quality and perfectly equipped, definitely an ideal choice for groups of friends and families for memorable holidays in Tignes.

Stylish and comfortable - Each 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom duplex apartment boasts a warm décor and characteristic wood and stone features. The open fireplace in each living area is the central point and it creates a sophisticated and cosy environment, while the open plan kitchen is fully equipped and functional, and the private balconies present stunning mountain views. If it is not enough, each apartment has its own sauna and Jacuzzi bath, definitely not a bad place to retreat at the end of a day out in the beautiful Espace Killy.

Free access to spa and wellness - As an added perk, the clients at Chalet Montana Airelles can access the Spa Les Bains du Montana in nearby Hotel Village Montana (150 metres away) and the facilities are simply great: oriental steam room, whirlpool, outdoor Nordic style swimming pool and sauna. Tignes (pronounced 'Teens' by Brits and 'Teenya' by the French) is one half of the vast ‘Tignes-Val d'Isere’ ski area, one of the biggest linked domains in France. High-altitude terrain and Grande Motte glacier skiing ensure the resort both opens earlier in the ski season and also closes later than most resorts, and we’ve even seen lifts running for stints of summer skiing. Split into 5 purpose-built villages with distinct characters, it's well linked by pistes, lifts and free buses. Tignes Le Lac (aka Tignes...
With varied pistes at a high altitude, the ski area has impressive powdered terrain for skiers and boarders alike. Beginners can practice on the nursery slopes at Le Lac and Le Lavachet, where you'll find gentle, quiet runs that are accessible via free beginners' lifts. Le Bollin at Val Claret is another conveniently situated green and Grattalu is a lovely wide blue for those wanting to build confidence. Tignes is incredible if you ski at an intermediate level, with miles of powdery blue and red runs includi...
While it's said that those who appreciate Tignes do so for the serious skiing over the après ski, this doesn't do justice to the fact that Tignes' 60+ bars/pubs and 4 night clubs provide some of the best nightlife in the Alps. All villages have their fair share of places to eat and drink, and with a shuttle bus service running 24 hours, you can enjoy your evening without worrying about the journey back. Jam bar is small but with a great atmosphere and Loop bar pretty much offers it all: with live sport, world c...
