Reith bei Kitzbühel: Comfortable, luxurious country house "Reith". 2 km from the centre of Reith, 7 km from the centre of Kitzbühel, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 20 m from the edge of the forest, 5 km from the lake, south-east facing position. For shared use: garden 200 m2 (fenced). In the house: WiFi, sauna, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). House maid on request (extra). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, bathing lake "Schwarzsee" 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, tennis 2 km, ski lift 1 km, gondola lift 3 km, slopes 1 km, ski rental 1 km. Nearby attractions: Stanglwirt 6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hahnenkamm 7 km. Hiking paths: Kitzbüheler Alpen. Swimming lake (Schwarzsee) 5 km. Open air swimming pool at Kitzbuehel and Hahnenkamm 7 km. There is a nice blend of stylish modern furniture and antique furniture, modern comfort and hand crafted rustic furniture. Enjoy the wonderful distant views of the "Kitzbuehler Horn" and the "Hahenkamm". Help with housework available on request (10 EUR per hour). Modem and fax machine available.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). Large terrace 40 m2, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: sauna. Reserved parking (2 cars). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. All the WC's have a double wash basin and each double bedroom has its own, personal style.
