This package holiday to Prince des Cimes – Le Village 1950 in Les Arcs, France departs Saturday 13th January 2018, for a 7 night stay on a "self catering" board basis. Les Arcs was established in 1968 and is located in one of the largest ski areas in the Alps. The closest airport is Chambery with a transfer time of around 2 and half hours and there are various transport links from Geneva, Lyon and Grenoble too. Present day Les Arcs consists of 4 purpose built villages. The original resort, Arc 1600, was purpose built for doorstep skiing and is directly linked by a funicular from Bourg St Maurice. Arc 1800 lies to the east as you look up the mountain and is quite the contr...

A number of runs are accessible via free beginner lifts, including a short lift at the bottom of Arc 1800. The ...

It has previously been home to the legendary Snowbombing festival and has loads of bars and restaurants to choose between. Amongst its best is the Red hot saloon bar, known locally as the “Red Bar”. If you’re looking for more of a French style après bar, Ambiente has a really cool atmosphere and lots of nice cocktails while Le club 1950 is the place to be if you’re looking to party into the small hours. Arc 1600 is a lit...
