Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking, single garage. Shop 300 m, supermarket 950 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, bif. Le Déserteur" 240 m, railway station "Sion" 16.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Golf course 18 km, tennis 1.4 km, gondola lift 550 m, ski bus stop 240 m, children's playground 1.1 km. Nearby attractions: Alaïa Bay - Surf Park 15 km.
