The owners Beate and Bernd, and thier team are a warm and welcoming bunch who are happy help to with any questions. They share a vast collective pool of regional knowledge, recommendations and what's going on in town, you'll be able to get the most out of Zell am See during your stay.
The Pension Hubertus packs some serious punch on the green front too. Not only is all their food organic, seasonal, locally sourced or produced, drinks are Fairtrade where possible as well (like orange juice, teas and coffee). Beate and Bernd are incredibly eco-savvy with the way the hotel is run, such as implementing the use of biodegradable washing and cleaning agents throughout and installing solar panels for 100% renewable energy to power Pension Hubertus.

Austrian twin beds
Austrian twin beds are very common in Central Europe. They’re simply one large bed frame containing two single mattresses, both with separate duvets and linen sets, that cannot be separated. Separate twin beds are less common and can often be head to head beds, rather than side by side, if they are available.
