Set right on a green slope in La Rosière, Hotel L’Ecrin Blanc makes getting on the mountain a total breeze. You can literally click in and ski straight out onto the Little Saint-Bernard Adventure Trail – a gentle run that kids and beginners love thanks to its tunnels and tree-lined paths. And when you want to explore more, you’re a less than five minutes’ wander from nursery slopes, ski school, the chairlift and the resort centre. Off the snow, there’s plenty to fill your après time too, from the heated indoor pool to a games room with billiards, plus a fitness room if you’ve still got energy to burn.

Looks-wise, the hotel nails that modern alpine vibe – think stone and sleek wooden walls with knockout mountain views. Inside, it’s all about cosy comfort, with light wood panelling, soft neutrals and classic checks. The rooms are designed with downtime in mind, perfect for curling up after a long ski day.

You’ll stay room only here – which is a good excuse to dip into La Rosière’s charming little restaurants. But if you’d rather keep it simple, you can upgrade to get breakfast included with your stay.
