In the district of Kapfers 650 m from the centre of Telfes, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the skiing area. For shared use: beautiful garden to relax, biotope, indoor pool angular heated. In the house: reception, restaurant, sauna (extra). Infrared sauna, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Communal covered parking at the house. Grocery 850 m, shopping centre 20 km, bus stop 10 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.1 km, indoor swimming pool 1.1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, skisport facilities 2 km, slopes 2 km, ski rental 2 km, ski bus stop 10 m, ski school 2 km.
