The house features an indoor swimming pool and sauna for common use. A good starting point for all winter/summer activities for the whole family.- a garage parking space is included -the calculation of the tourist tax is separate and takes place on-site with the landlord (Persons aged 16 and over CHF 4.50 per night /< 16 years tax exempt) - Bed linen calculation includes towels & kitchen linen - A baby bed and high chair can be obtained from our office against a deposit. - Pets allowed. Must be reported to the landlord. Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. For any cancellations, a processing fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation occurs less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. This replacement tenant must be acceptable and solvent for the landlord. The replacement tenant enters into the contract under the existing conditions; the tenant and replacement tenant are jointly liable for the rent. The arrival of the notification with the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee (on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies). In case of early termination of the lease, the entire rent remains payable.
