Tucked in between the chapel and the church in the very historic centre of Val d'Isère, 100m from the Tourist Office and High Street and only 100m from the edge of the piste. For guests staying in Aspen House ski hire is provided by Mattis which is just 200m from the property.
Brand NEW for the 2019/20 season. Aspen Lodge had been our home in Val d'Isère for 20 years but it was time for a move. Our new home, Aspen House , is in the older part of town and right next to the church, minutes from the High Street, quieter and more exclusive and now only one hundred metres from the piste (all flat). It's more exclusive (we hate the word boutique!) but has only eight super-cool suites with a small funky spa. We've blinged it up: an elegant reception and concierge, fancy fires, cool décor, hung TVs on all the bedroom walls and added bunk beds into family suites. In short, we've brought our resort HQ bang up to date.
Whilst the building is brand new, each of the apartments are sumptuously designed creating a timeless aura with classic furnishings and a rich decor. With suites sleeping from 4 to 10 guests each will provide a sensational home for a week's skiing.
No.1 Aspen House offers stylish and comfortable accommodation in a fantastic location. This suite sleeps 6-8 guests with three en suite bedrooms, one of which has additional bunk beds (charged at half the adult price) making this an ideal space for two families or a group of friends.
The chalet is comfortably and elegantly furnished with a spacious open plan living area, curl up on the squashy sofas and delight in the cutting-edge dancing fire or watch the world go by from the balcony. All bedrooms can be presented as twin or double and each has flat screen TV. Aspen House has a spa on the ground floor with hammam, sauna and a rather grand tiled jacuzzi, more Turkish bath than hot tub.
Our build started in 2017 and the wrapper finally comes off this autumn. The images you can see are all CGI but our animation boys know exactly how we build and how we furnish, everything is to scale from the architect plans. Real interior images to follow as soon as we can early next season, but don't wait, the chalets will be sold out long before then.

Our Executive Chef is passionate about food and hugely sensitive to the appetite of a hungry skier whilst considering a balanced diet. The new and refined menus are heavy enough to reward mountain exertion yet light and simple enough to leave you grinning not groaning.

Ski never-ending pistes and powder, ogle at colossal peaks and cosy Savoie architecture, then end the day with some of the world's most wild and wonderful après ski. Val d'Isere is considered by many to be the best ski resort on earth, and we’re inclined to agree.
