Modern, comfortable residence "Odalys - Prestige Mendi Alde", built in 2017. 180 apartments in the residence. 800 m from the centre of La Clusaz, on the outskirts, 32 km from the centre of Annecy, 48 km from the centre of Alberville, in a sunny position on a slope, directly by the skiing area. For shared use: indoor pool heated (160 m2, extra). Unconventional pool shape. In the complex: reception, sauna, fitness room, massage, steam room, hydro massage bath (all extra), relaxation room, lift, storage room for skis. Bread roll service. Communal covered parking at the house. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar, bus stop 100 m. Walking paths from the house, chair lift, slopes, ski rental, ski school 100 m.
