Hart 4 km from Fügen: Very beautiful 2-family house "Mäuerlhof", 2 storeys, surrounded by trees and meadows. Private: meadow. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Supermarket 4 km, bathing lake "Schlitterer See" 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km. Nearby attractions: Innsbruck 46 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Spieljoch 5 km, Ski-Optimal Hochzillertal 10 km.

Beginners can practice stops and turns on the magic carpet lifts at the base station, with more short blues served by the Lamark lifts over in Hochfugen.
