Overview: apartment description: LoriVita Residenz description

Stylish and modern, the LoriVita Residenz is the perfect pick for a contemporary ski break in Saalbach.

The building is chic throughout, with glass and metal décor and wooden furnishings. This theme continues throughout the spacious apartments, which are decorated with light wood and splashes of bright colour for a cheerful twist. All of the apartments have an excellent kitchenette, as well as separate bedrooms and living rooms. If you go for one with a balcony, you'll also get to enjoy gorgeous mountain views. The apartments are self-catering, and you can opt to get fresh bread delivered in the mornings – well worth waking up for.

There aren’t too many extra facilities at the LoriVita – you’re here to ski after all – but there is a ski room for storing your gear and a stylish bar where you can relax with an evening drink or watch the latest sports on the big-screen TV. There’s also a sauna, which is free to use.

It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the cable car and ski school, and a few more to the town centre.

It’s connected with the adjoining village of Hinterglemm and nearby Leogang to make the expansive ‘Ski Circus’ area, the largest mountain circuit in the country. The resort has a rich history of skiing dating back to as early as 1898, and more recently it played host to the 1991 Alpine Ski World Championships. Built around a charming onion do...
