All apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette with hotplates, fridge, dishwasher, mini-oven and coffee-maker, bathroom, separate WC in most apartments, TV, and a balcony.

Type D apartments - sleep 2-5: have a living/dining area with two single sofa beds and a pull-out bed and a separate bedroom with double or twin beds.
Type F apartments - sleep 2-7: are as Type D but with an extra cabin room with bunk beds or 2 single beds and some apartments have an additional shower room. Some apartments are on two levels.
