Overview - apartment description - Le Chamois d'Or Apartments description

Perfect for families, the Chamois d’Or Apartments offer a great base to eat and sleep in between tackling the slopes of Val Thorens and the Three Valleys.

In typical French ski resort fashion, the apartments are simply decorated, but they’ve got all the amenities you need for a week in the mountains – including a kitchenette with oven, hobs, fridge and dishwasher. Free WiFi is included too, so you can keep in touch with home.

Self-catering is easy thanks to the small supermarket downstairs – or you can skip cooking and try the onsite restaurant, which has a south-facing terrace with excellent views. There’s also a lounge and play area, a sports shop and a laundry room, plus a lively Irish pub that makes for a fun night out.

And the best part? You’ve got direct access to the slopes from the onsite ski room. Just step out the door and ski straight down to the drag lift or nearby Peclet cable car. The apartments are right in the centre of Val Thorens, so you can go for a wander after the lifts close to scope out the bars, restaurants and shops in resort.

Please note:

Group bookings are on request only.

It's not included in the basic price of your holiday and is usually paid locally. For reference, the average charged in winter 15/16 was between 50p and £2 per person, per night.
