Old, rustic, simple 2-family house "Lauberhaus", 2 storeys. In the district of Oberdorf 800 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet position, south facing position. In the house: central heating system. Supermarket 650 m, restaurant 200 m, bar 250 m, bakery 400 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Matterhorn Glacier Paradise" 450 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 800 m. Mountain railway 500 m, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop, ski school 450 m, children's ski school. Please note: no lift. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency in Zermatt.

Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 2 small double bedrooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Shower/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. WC is next to the apartment door on the private floor, not in the apartment.
