Exclusive modern 3-family house "Lanner", 2 storeys, built in 2013. On the outskirts, 500 m from the centre of Axams, in a sunny position, 3.5 km from the skiing area. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 500 m, grocery, supermarket, café 450 m, bus stop "Axams Apotheke" 400 m, railway station "Kematen" 8 km, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 850 m, bathing lake "Natterer See" 6 km. Riding stable 700 m, walking paths from the house 1 m, mountain railway 8 km, gondola lift 3.5 km, skisport facilities 3.5 km, slopes 3.5 km, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 350 m, ski school 8 km, sled run 350 m, ice field 850 m. Axamer Lizum is a snow-sure ski resort located south-west of Innsbruck. Boasting a top altitude of 2340m, it’s the highest resort in the area and one of the highest in Austria. Surrounded by attractive forestry, this scenic village is fairly small, quiet and mostly traffic free with traditional Austrian architecture. Whilst it’s primarily a haven for intermediate and advanced skiers, Axamer Lizum also accommodates well for beginners with brilliant ski schools and some good quality nursery slopes at the base of the mountain.
