Fenced garden in summer only. Wood not provided, possibility to purchase locally. Chalet "Laissa Faire", 3 storeys. 500 m from the centre, in a sunny position in the residential district. Private: well-kept garden 250 m2. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, sauna, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer. Room cleaning 2 times per week (included). Motor access to the house. Parking, single garage. Shop 500 m, supermarket 1 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station 1.9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1.6 km, tennis 450 m, sports centre 800 m, ski lift 900 m, gondola lift 1.2 km, ski bus stop 100 m, cross country ski track 1.3 km, ice field 1 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed, bathroom, separate WC and TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds, bathroom and separate WC. Balcony, south facing position, terrace 30 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs.
