Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 20 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 20 m, outdoor swimming pool 200 m. Ski lift 200 m, skisport facilities 2 km, ski bus stop, ski school 20 m, cross country ski track 200 m, ice field 4 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Included in the weekly rental: One entry to the outdoor pool "Hinkelsteinbad" in summer, in winter one fun afternoon at the "Berg Nagelkoepfel".

Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave) with dining nook. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds and hand-basin. 2 double bedrooms. Bathroom, sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with hand-basin. Shower. Balcony, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi). 1 pet/ dog allowed. The small room on the ground floor is a little office. Wood for the stove is to be requested for at the property (4Euro/day).
