Large semi-detached house "Josef", built in 1997, surrounded by trees. On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Niederau, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 300 m from the skiing area. For shared use: property 1'100 m2, garden (not fenced). In the house: WiFi, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, communal covered parking (extra). Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bakery 2.5 km, bus stop 250 m, railway station 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km. Riding stable 2.5 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, mountain railway 1.8 km, ski school 1.5 km, cross country ski track 500 m. Nearby attractions: Innsbruck, Kristallwelten Wattens, Rattenberg, Salzburg. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Reinthaler Seen. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Up to 5 dogs are welcome!
