Beautiful small apartment house "im Hof", 4 storeys, built in 1961, renovated in 2006. In the centre of Zermatt, in a central, quiet, elevated position, 10 m from the stream, south-east facing position. In the house: central heating system. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 70 m, bar 100 m, bakery 230 m, bus stop "Kirchbrücke" 350 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 600 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 600 m, ski bus stop 350 m, ski school, children's ski school 400 m. Please note: no lift.
