· 4 minutes’ walk to the centre of the Kaprun · 12 minutes’ walk to the Maiskogel gondola · 12 minutes’ walk to the nursery slopes · 12 minutes’ walk to the ski school meeting point · ski bus stop outside
he Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten has had a full makeover for Winter 2026/27, and it's looking sharp. You'll be staying in modern rooms with an alpine feel – pick one with a balcony, so you can step outside and breathe in that mountain air. The ski bus stops right by the front door, making it easy to get to the slopes. And when you're back from a day's skiing, there's a heated boot rack in the ski room – so your gear will be warm and ready to go the next morning.
After you've clocked up the ski miles, the spa area is where you'll want to head. There are two saunas and a steam room to pick from, plus a big indoor pool and a quiet spot to lie back and let your legs recharge. It's the sort of place that’ll have you feeling oh-so zen from the moment you step inside.
Ready for food? Half board here means a solid breakfast buffet to start your day, and a 4-course dinner each evening. The restaurant mixes up traditional Austrian dishes with international options – plus picks for vegans and veggies too – and there's a well-stocked wine cellar if you fancy a glass with your meal. A proper end to a day on the mountain.
