A warm welcome is provided by the team at the Hotel Sonnschein. The hotel has a relaxed and informal atmosphere, and consists of two wings that separate off the common reception and dining room. The original wing is decorated in a traditional Tyrolean style, whilst the newer wing is more modern in style. Ideal for families, with a variety of room types including spacious family rooms. There is also a great variety of twin and single rooms available. The Sonnschein has extensive leisure facilities including two swimming pools, wellness facilities and a children's playroom.
Old Wing Austrian Twin rooms have a bath. Some of these rooms have balconies and can sleep up to three.
Old Wing Family rooms can sleep three to four - one room with Austrian twin beds and a separate room with twin beds. These rooms have a bath and also have a balcony.
New Wing Austrian Twin rooms have a shower and balcony and can sleep two guests.
New WingFamily rooms can sleep three to four - one room with Austrian twins beds and separate room with lounge area with a double sofa bed and a put up bed. These rooms have a bath and a balcony.
New Wing Superior rooms can sleep two guests and have a bath, lounge area and balcony.
Single rooms have a shower. These rooms can be in the old or new wing. Those in the new wing have a balcony.
All rooms have telephone, radio, satellite TV, fridge, kettle, hairdryer and safe. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available to hire for €7 per week. Tea and coffee not supplied but guests can purchase themselves or purchase from reception.
The Sonnschein has about 25 disabled friendly double and single rooms. Some new wing rooms complete with bathrooms suitable for wheelchair users.
