The Princesa Parc and Diana Parc is a large hotel with a strong emphasis on luxury and relaxation. You'll not be left wanting for anything as the list of facilities is as long as your arm. There's a choice of bars with live music, a superb spa area, a free children's clubs, games zone with bowling alley and more.

The wide choice of rooms and suites, many of which were refurbished recently, continue the luxurious nature of the hotel. And if you want to add to the experience, plump for the all-inclusive option. Alcoholic and soft drinks are available from the bar during the day and with dinner. You'll also have unlimited access to the wellness area, bowling alley and games zone too. It's quite a deal when you see how much this place has to offer!

The entire hotel is lavishly styled and furnished. The 'Cocktail Bar Aquarium' is exactly as it sounds. The bar is an actual aquarium and they serve cocktails. Watch goldfish swim up and down whilst you enjoy a fresh Mojito. The Piano bar is a lot more traditional and a lovely place to relax with a good book.

Families - any extra notes for parents with children

A free, supervised mini-club for children aged three to 11 runs Monday to Saturday. You can drop the little ones off in the morning where the hotel team will keep them entertained (not difficult here) with fun and games, arts and crafts and more. Guests on half board will need to pay for your child's lunch, but all inclusive guests get lunch included.

After enjoying a full day of skiing or boarding, come and pick them at 5pm for dinner. An evening of fun awaits in the games zone. See who's king-pin at the 10-pin bowling alley, or try billiards, air hockey, pinball, driving games and much more. This is a great choice for kids big and small!

Shedding its reputation as the cheap and cheerful ski option, Arinsal (and the entire Vallord ski area) is now ready to play with the big boys. Whilst it may not be able to compete like for like with the French Alps in terms of vertical, there’s ample terrain for a week’s trip now the ski area has been increased by the lift link to Pal and the inclusion of the nearby Ordino-Arcalis on the same pass. And as with any trip to tax friendly Andorra you’ll end up more than impressed with the amount you’ll save thr...
There’s a great variety of terrain throughout Vallnord, and skiers of all abilities and disciplines are well catered for. The area at the top of the La Massana gondola in Pal is the perfect place for beginners to start getting to grips with the snow. The three short drag lifts service gentle green runs which are left unmolested by more experienced skiers. There is also a ‘snow garden’ which will keep youngsters entertained, whilst the many slope side restaurants allow for a well-earned break- the tapas at t...
Arinsal comes alive in the evenings, and with the regions strong Basque influences the locals certainly know how to party- duty free prices mean you won’t be breaking the bank either. There is a wide selection of bars also serving good food if you enjoy settling in for the evening. Ciscos’ restaurant serves tex mex style dishes- their Cajun mango chicken is delicious- and the downstairs bar is popular with English tourists and the ex-pat community. Quo Vadis is a more informal affair- a lively après ski bar...

"We liked it - great location in Arinsal"

Charlotte, Plymouth
4/ out of 5
Perfect! A lot bigger than the Montane where we had stayed the year before – we really liked it. The service was great, and it was handy having the spa at the end of the day. With a 2-minute walk to the gondola, the location was perfect. The food was a bit hit and miss, they did a slightly different buffet every evening… My other half was fine but I’m a vegetarian and there wasn’t a lot of vegetarian protein – I ended up eating a lot of carbs and salad! I guess that’s the nature of catering in a bigger hotel, the Montane is a smaller hotel and so they could tailor the meals more to individuals. This wasn’t a deal breaker though; we would probably go back to the Princesa Park because the facilities are so good.

"Really nice hotel"

The hotel was really nice. What really made it was the spa with whirpool etc. The location was great. The ski lifts were in walking distance (under 2 mins). The hotel was clean and the food was brilliant. One night we had smoked salmon which was great. The downside is the Wi-Fi. It was quite intermittent and only in the lobby area. There was no Wi-Fi in my room. The bedroom was ok and the shower was nice - a walk-in large shower that could easily fit 2 people.
