Near the entrance to Pas de la Casa on the border with France, the Hotel Panda is around 400m from the slopes, yet close to the resort centre.

Meal Basis: Bed & Breakfast. The 2-star Hotel Panda will appeal to those looking for a value option for a short ski break in Pas de la Casa, with access to the excellent Grandvalira ski area within a few hundred metres of the hotel along with nightlife, supermarkets and the resort centre close by.
This unpretentious hotel is traditionally-styled and features a rustic French décor throughout. There are 23 simply-presented bedrooms, all of which are a decent size and ideal for a short stay. The majority of rooms have a double bed, while some triple or quad rooms can be requested. Bathrooms are more modern and have either a jacuzzi bath or power shower and WC. Further features include bathrobes, toiletries, hairdryer, safe and flat screen TV with satellite channels.
This hotel is offered on a Bed & Breakfast basis; each morning a varied buffet breakfast will be provided to set you up for a day on the slopes. The hotel has its own restaurant should you wish to dine on the spot in the evenings, although you will find a wide range of restaurants within a short walk of the hotel, giving you plenty of options.
Further facilities include a lounge bar with free Wi-Fi, and ski storage. There are a wide number of ski equipment rental shops nearby, as well as the superb Pas de la Casa Sports Centre, with swimming pool, saunas, steam baths, jacuzzi, climbing wall and squash courts. We highly recommend a visit if the weather is poor or if your ski legs needs rejuvenating!

Not only is Pas de la Casa the highest ski resort in the Pyrenees (it sits at a lofty 2100m), but it’s also the sunniest. The après ski scene is arguably one of the best in Europe, and the resort is also home to some of the best shopping in the country… so far, so good! The variety of terrain is apparent as soon as you leave the village- from the six seater Font Negre or the smaller Costa Rodonda you’ll be able to access one of the regions snowparks, the boardercross track, beginners zone and a freeriding area. Pas de La Casa really comes into its own when it comes to the après scene, with locals and tourists alike taking liberal advantage of the duty free drink prices and late opening times.
