If you're looking for a ski hotel in the snowsure and high altitude resort of Tignes, with direct access to the slopes and within minutes of the resort centre, après-ski bars, restaurants and shops, then look no further than the excellent 3* Hotel le Refuge, new for Winter 17/18.
The location is quite exceptional, just 50m from the nearest lift and offering ski in/out possibilities, not to mention wonderful views from the hotel itself across the lake to a wonderful panorama of mountain peaks and the glacier in this very sought after resort.
With just 33 cosy bedrooms and suites at the hotel, all decorated in authentic Alpine style, there's an exclusive and intimate feel. Rooms are all ensuite and very well equipped with either a double or twin beds, balcony, free Wi-Fi, DVD player, TV, hairdryer, mini bar and safe.
To ensure maximum flexibility, your holiday will be made on a Bed & Breakfast basis. A fresh buffet is served each morning in the hotel's panoramic dining area. Evening meals are available at the hotel or you may prefer to head into resort, where a vast choice of eateries are available.
The hotel spa includes a sauna, hammam and hot tub. Guests also have use of a billiards room and a library. Lift passes can be bought on the spot, as well as ski and snowboard hire.
