Ski-in, ski-out

Hotel Le Fitz Roy benefits from a prime location right in the centre of resort and the main ski area - you couldn't get closer to the slopes if you tried! Pop on your skis in the morning and head right out onto the slopes to enjoy as much time on the mountain as you physically can. And when you're ready to head back, ski back and enjoy a drink on the hotel's terrace where you'll have great views of the peaks.

There's nothing better than taking an hour to relax after an energetic day on the slopes. Hotel Le Fitz Roy offers multiple ways for you to take a moment for yourself. Curl up on the sofa by the communal fireplace and socialise with friends over a drink. Or head over to the wellness area and take a dip in the indoor heated swimming pool, relax your muscles in the sauna or treat yourself to a well-deserved massage.

At the summit of the largest ski area in the world and bordering the Vanoise National Park, this is a spectacular place to ski and board. Beginners are well catered for on nursery slopes by the Rond Point des Pistes, where the magic carpets often don't require a lift pass. Kids will love the Junior Park, while the Musaraigne and Campagnols runs in the beginner's area and the new Deux Combes green are perfect to practice on. Back in town, Rue de Gebroulaz is a hub of lively bars where O'Connells is the local Irish pub. The Frog and Roastbeef is a long-time favourite of Brits. L'Eclipse on Galerie Caro...
