The hotel was lovely. Generally, everyone was friendly and amazing. The room was lovely, although we did have a little bit of a mix-up with having a shower instead of a bath, but otherwise the room was perfect. When you’re not on the hill, you can splash about in the large indoor pool – which also has unmissable views over the valley – or take some time to yourself in the adults-only wellness area, with its sauna and steam room. And for little ones, there's daily fun and games with the hotel-run kids' clubs.

The hotel was lovely. Generally, everyone was friendly and amazing. The room was lovely, although we did have a little bit of a mix-up with having a shower instead of a bath, but otherwise the room was perfect. It also had an amazing balcony and with the sun shining down it was amazing. We used the pool and spa facilities which was good and what was quite nice for us, is that it always felt quite empty. You didn’t have to book to use the pool, but you had to pre-book times or slots (for free) for the sauna and other facilities because there was limited capacity. But we had no issues doing that. There was quite a variety of food to be honest, there was probably 3 or 4 different options every evening. Me and my daughter eat most things, so it was lovely. The location was great, however my daughter was a beginner, and it was quite a difficult slope for her to be able to ski into the hotel, so we ended up walking every day. The hotel wasn’t that far from the ski lifts, it was only about a 5min walk anyway. We had no complaints at all and would definitely want to go back!
