The Hotel Alpina enjoys an enviable location overlooking the town of Obergurgl with direct access to and from the slopes via the modern ski room with heated boot racks. This luxurious hotel has a comfortable lounge with open fire, perfect for a pre-dinner cocktail and a elegant dining room serving a wide array of cuisines complemented by an extensive wine list. The spacious bedrooms are decorated in a modern style but retain plenty of Tirolean charm. For relaxation there is a generously sized spa with swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and steam room and a separate nude section to meet all preferences.


Families - any extra notes for parents with children

The Hotel Alpina offer all guests the use of the all season children's playroom with toys and entertainment with free children's supervision from 3 -12 years also included.

Playroom is open Sunday - Friday 9.30am-4.30pm and 7-9pm. Lunch is arranged locally.

Room Types - bathrooms beds & sleeping

for 2 people on half board sharing a junior suite (37m² type C) with Austrian twin beds, private bath, WC and balcony. Superior junior suites (45m² type D) with separate WC are available at a supplement, as are rooms with private shower and whirlpool bath (55m² type E). Suites with separate bedroom and living room (58m² type F) are also available at supplement. All bedrooms and suites have private bath or shower, WC, bathrobes, hairdryer, minibar, baby listening service, internet link, safe, satellite TV and are non smoking.

Superior junior suite (type D) sleeps 4 people (max 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children)

The 4* Sonnberg wing is the original part of the hotel and rooms are available here. Guests have use of all the facilities of the Finest Hotel Alpina. Mobile phones can only be used in guest bedrooms. Smart/casual dress required in dining room. Jacket and tie required for Christmas and New Year Gala meals. Children must be 12 or above to use the spa area.

This package holiday to Hotel Alpina in Obergurgl, Austria departs Saturday 10th December 2016, for a 7 night stay on a "half board" board basis.
