Zell am See: Cosy apartment block "Holiday", 3 storeys. On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre, in a sunny position on a slope, 50 m from the skiing area, south facing position. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, single garage space n 8. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 300 m, railway station "Zell am See" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km. Gondola lift 50 m, skisport facilities 300 m, slopes 50 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

1-room apartment 40 m2 on 2nd floor. Fully renovated in 2015, modern furnishings: entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Living/sleeping room with 2 wall-trunk beds, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo pads)). Shower/WC. Balcony 7 m2. Balcony furniture, electric barbecue. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking, garage space n 15 at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. The keysafe is at the entrance door.
