This package holiday to Haus Winkl in Galtur, Austria departs Saturday 5th January 2019, for a 7 night stay on a "self catering" board basis. A local tourist tax (Taxe de Sejour or Kurtaxe) is levied by many councils in European ski resorts. It varies by standard and type of accommodation and is age dependent, so not everyone is charged. It's not included in the basic price of your holiday and is usually paid locally. For reference, the average charged in winter 15/16 was between 50p and £2 per person, per night.

Galtur sits at the end of the Paznaun valley, which connects the resorts of Ischgl, Kappl and See along the Silvretta road. Here you’ll find accommodation based around hotels and apartments as well as various restaurants, bars and...

Children will love the Adventure Land area - the ‘Cross Run’ course is packed with gentle turns, Soppaland h...

As the night goes on, the party continues onto some of the livelier clubs like Pyramide – which stays open until 4am. If you’d prefer a quieter night visit the Weiberhimml – a cosy mountain bar where you can ski bac...
