Villa Klothilde has a perfect location in Zell am See. It's tucked down a quiet road that translates as 'Ski Lift Street', and unsurprisingly there's a ski lift on that street - around 50 metres from the hotel door. It's also just the other side of the train tracks from Lake Zell and a ski bus stops close by too, so you can easily get up to the glacier on Kitzsteinhorn. On top of all that, the centre of town is just around the corner, so there's loads of restaurants and bars virtually on your doorstep.
The Klothilde is a small and friendly B&B with only 23 rooms and suites and is fully non-smoking. The rooms have been decorated beautifully - modern style fused with classic Austrian elegance. The Vitzthum family provide a personal service, taliored to suit your needs.

Austrian twin beds
Austrian twin beds are very common in Central Europe. They’re simply one large bed frame containing two single mattresses, both with separate duvets and linen sets, that cannot be separated. Separate twin beds are less common and can often be head to head beds, rather than side by side, if they are available.
· hot and cold buffet breakfast
Many Austrian hotels do not serve free tap water with meals.

The 15th Century village hides a fantastic array of bars and restaurants and the lakeside location is sure to dazzle even the most seasoned ski bums.
