Child friendly, beautiful, cosy house with 2 apartments "FSG01", built in 1996, surrounded by meadows. House Equipment: playroom, central heating system, storage room for skis, washing machine (shared use). Access & Parking: parking by the house, private parking, communal parking. All-season motor access to the house. Stepped path with 10 steps. Situation: on the outskirts of Grindelwald, in the district of Kirchbühl, quiet, elevated, sunny position in the countryside, on a slope. View from the apartment of the mountains and the valley. Surroundings of the house: children's playground (shared use), table tennis (shared use), barbecue (shared use).
