The Fox Hotel & Suites is a charming and rustic property just outside downtown Banff with easy access to the mountains via a free ski bus. The mountain lodge styling is obvious inside and out, from the stone and red-wood façade to the patterned wallpaper that features moose, bears and, of course, foxes.

The fox theme is carried through every corner of the hotel, from little statues to lighting fixtures. The rest of the interiors are warm and welcoming, with leather sofas and dark wooden furnishings.

If that wasn't enough, the hotel houses a unique Cave & Basin-themed hot pool, based on the original cave found in the 19th century. And as it's only half covered, if you look up, there are wonderful views of the sky above. Once you're done in the pool, you can also take advantage of the dry sauna and fitness room.
