Seefeld: Cosy apartment block "Excelsior". 300 m from the centre, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 1 km from the lake, 500 m from the skiing area. In the house: WiFi, sauna (all included), lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service. Motor access to the house. Parking. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 50 m, pedestrian zone 300 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 300 m, public bathing area 1 km, bathing lake "Wildsee" 1 km. Downhill skiing is mostly split between lifts up the Rosshütte and the Gschwandtkopf which are accessible by car or ski buses, but if there’s one thing everyone can appreciate on or off the piste it will be the gorgeous views across the frosty woodland range.
