Cosy house "Egger", surrounded by meadows and fields. In the district of Distelberg 4 km from the centre of Zell am Ziller, 2 km from the centre of Aschau, 9 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, on a slope, 1.5 km from the lake. For shared use: garden (not fenced) lawn, swimming pool (above ground) (4 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. 1 km long motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Electric vehicle charging station. Supermarket 1.5 km, railway station "Aschau" 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Riding stable 1.5 km, ski lift 3.5 km, ski school 3.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena 3.5 km, Hochzillertal 3.5 km. Local sale of farm products. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Use of grill house on request from the owner!
