After a day of sleigh rides through the snow or hunting for the Northern Lights, step inside and shake off the snow and warm up in front of the crackling log fire in the cosy lounge area with a warming drink. There’s no better place to recharge your festive spirit than the hotel’s wellness area. Melt away the winter chill in the toasty sauna and steam room, unwind in the bubbling jacuzzi or take the plunge (literally) into the cold plunge pool. For an extra treat, book a soothing massage or a beauty treatment or unwind in the salt room and infrared sauna which is available for a local fee. And if you want to keep up your energy for more snow fun, there's a gym on site too.

The Crazy Reindeer offers simplistic rooms, you can opt for a room with a sauna or a spacious family duplex that accommodates up to five people. Rooms are spread across three buildings, all of which are just a snowballs throw away (around 150 metres) from the main hotel building. Each room is equipped with all the essentials for a restful night, including Wi-Fi and some even come with a sauna or a balcony, perfect for keeping an eye out for something truly special. Was that a sleigh? A jingling bell in the distance? And what about that tiny red light blinking in the sky, could it be Rudolph leading the way?

A hot and cold buffet breakfast is available each morning (Weekdays 7.30 - 10am and weekends 7.30 - 10.30am).

Each evening you can enjoy a buffet-style three-course dinner, which is taken in the 'Taivas' Sky Restaurant. There is a wide choice of food available and this is usually open between 5pm - 8pm.

A Festive Feast, a Christmas celebration meal with games and music, is included on the final night of your holiday. Please note that the Festive Feast will replace your last half-board dinner.

The hotel has four à la carte restaurants in the resort of Levi, where guests receive a 20% discount on a 3 course meal or a 10% discount for children. Guests should inform reception the night before that they will not be eating the normal half board dinner. These restaurants are:

Crazy Reindeer Twin Rooms are around 20m², sleeping 2-3 people. These rooms have twin beds, an additional single fold-out armchair bed, and a walk-in shower. Crazy Reindeer rooms are located in a separate building 150 metres from the main reception building.

Flying Reindeer Twin Rooms are around 22m² and sleep 2-3 people. These rooms have twin beds, with the third bed being a single fold-out armchair or roll-away bed, and a bathtub, shower, and a balcony. Flying Reindeer rooms are located in the main reception building. These rooms are also available for sole occupancy.

White Reindeer Twin Rooms are around 24m² and sleep 2-3 people. These rooms have twin beds - the third bed is a single fold-out armchair bed and a sauna. Located on the second floor of the main building, which is adjacent to the reception building and can be reached by an internal connection.

Family Duplex Rooms are around 32+12m² and sleep two to five people. These rooms have twin beds in the living area, an additional fold-out armchair bed, twin beds in the mezzanine with a sloping roof, en-suite sauna, shower, drying closet, and a balcony. The rooms are located in a separate accommodation building, approximately 150 metres from the main building and reception.

Family Suites are around 47+30m² and sleep up to 5 adults and 2 children. The Family Suite is made up of a small double bedroom (120cm bed, suitable for one adult or two children), a twin bedroom, and twin beds in the mezzanine. There are two single sofa beds in the open-plan living area and kitchenette (equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle), two showers, two WCs, a drying closet, and a sauna. These rooms are located in a separate building with a connecting corridor to the main building.

Each room must have an adult booked, children are not allowed to stay in a room without being accompanied by an adult. All rooms have twin beds which have been pushed together.
