You are in the heart of the Espace San Bernardo which has broken records for its sunshine and snow cover. You're skiing in both France and Italy! If you've never sailed across a border on skis, this is the perfect opportunity. The Resort is located between a green slope and a blue slope. You are spoilt for choice when it comes to getting to the ski lifts on your skis! At Club Med La Rosière, everything has been designed to make it easier for beginners, both young and old alike, to learn to ski. There is a snow garden for children right in front of the ski room. Beginner adults also have a special area for them to learn in complete safety.

Discover new mountain sports sensations by climbing up to the summit of Mont Valaisan at 2,800 m. It's the perfect space for experienced snowboarders who love free-riding. Vibhava Yoga means "evolution" in Sanskrit. And this is what is promised by this method developed by Heberson. Group lessons, workshops and specific sessions: a special Yoga experience in an exceptional setting.

Snowshoe hikes

The vast expanses of immaculate white snow are calling your name. From clearings to forests, discover the magic of untouched natural spaces by snowshoe. The mountain is enveloped in majestic silence, energising you with each step as you follow your guide's tracks. You can also join a guide for Nordic walking outings, where your poles mark out a rhythm.

If you prefer to experience the mountain other than on skis, enjoy a trekking programme from Monday to Friday.

Mostly on snowshoes, and sometimes with other disciplines such as nordic walking or hiking, these treks are supervised by mountain guides who will take you to areas away from the ski slopes.

Cardio Training

It is the largest and most complete cardio-training area of all Club Med Resorts. More than 160 m2 dedicated to free practice and equipped with modern and sophisticated equipment.
