Location - where is Club Med La Rosiere
Located on the slopes of the Tarentaise, not far from Beaufortain and facing Les Arcs, La Rosière is called ‘The Balcony of the Tarentaise’ for its exceptional 180° panoramic south-facing view.
In this region, the summits are kings. The Italian side of Mont Blanc dominates the San Bernardo area, the only French-Italian ski area that connects La Rosière to La Thuile in the Aosta Valley. Since the beginning of time, the Col du Petit-Saint-Bernard has connected Italy and France and witnessed history in the making, both intimate and world shaking.
La Thuile is nestled in the heart of a small mythical part of the Val d'Aoste. The last Italian commune on the road of the Col du Petit-Saint-Bernard, locals speak both French and Italian. The gastronomy here is fine and varied, and the alpine landscapes breathtaking.
