These 5-star chalets are a cut above, starting with the location. They overlook the village, so fab valley views come as standard – plus, each apartment has a balcony to really make the most of the scenic setting. Skiing-wise, the La Joyère and Rosay cable cars are just a few minutes' walk away, so you’ll be on the piste pronto.

Inside, the apartments have a modern feel with cosy touches that give them a proper mountain vibe. There's plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day on the slopes – and with big windows letting in lots of light, it all feels bright and airy. The kitchenettes come with all the bells and whistles to make mealtimes a breeze, and there’s even a dishwasher to help with the tidy-up.

Time to unwind? Head to the wellness area for a swim in the indoor pool or a session in the sauna or steam room. There are also massages and treatments available to book, plus a fitness room if you want to keep up your regular workouts. Rounding things out in style is the M'Bar – with its sofas and fireplace, it’s a great après-ski hangout for tipples and chit-chats.

All apartments are non-smoking and have a kitchenette with an oven, hobs, fridge freezer, separate wine fridge, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, as well as a TV, bathrobes and slippers, hair dryer and cleaning kit (with cloths). Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchenette) are included. All beds (except sofa beds) are made upon arrival.

1 bedroom apartment (approx.40m²) – sleeps 1-4: Twin or double bedroom, lounge with 2 single sofa beds, private shower or bath, WC and balcony.

2 bedroom apartment (approx.63m²) – sleeps 1-6: Double bedroom, twin bedroom, lounge with 2 single sofa beds, private shower and separate bath with shower attachment, 2 WCs and a balcony.

Just so you know, there is a short uphill walk from the road to the entrance of the Chalets de Joy.
