The mazot "Sépia" is spread over two levels and can accommodate up to 3 people. Located in the residential area of Les Bois, it has a surface area of 35sqm and a large garden with a breathtaking view of Mont-Blanc.

On the ground floor, you will find a small equipped kitchen opening onto a living room area with TV and a wood stove.

On the first floor, there is a sleeping area with a double bed and a single bed.

This mountain chalet is an atypical and sought after property due to its location and authentic charm.

An outside parking lot will be put at your disposal.
