This semi-detached chalet of 90 m² is located at the foot of the Brévent slopes, 200 m from the bus stop and 600 m from the Chamonix Centre shopping center. It is distributed on 3 levels and is classified 3 stars.

The entrance is located on the garden level which is composed of a living room with dining area, lounge, open fitted kitchen and a shower room. Enjoy a bright living room and a large terrace with a breathtaking view of the Mont-Blanc and Chamonix valley.
