Location - where is Chalet Nimbus

Chalet Nimbus sits in an enviable location, equally well placed for accessing both the ski lifts and St Anton town centre . The Rendl lift is a short 600 metre (approx.) walk from the chalet and the Galzig lift 900 metres (approx.) away. The vibrant resort centre with its abundance of fabulous shops, restaurants and bars is approximately 700 metres from the chalet.

As you would expect from chalets of this calibre, there is no need walk anywhere in ski boots. A mini-bus service will operate at set times morning and late afternoon. Overview - chalet description - Chalet Nimbus description

A luxurious 10 person chalet with the perfect blend of traditional alpine and contemporary interior design, Chalet Nimbus strikes the balance between comfort and extravagance needed to make for a truly memorable ski holiday in St Anton.

A sleek, cosmopolitan exterior is complimented by the warmth of timber and stone fittings internally. This is echoed through the lounge with its super-comfy seating and log fire crackling in a modern stone fireplace, as well as the five spacious yet cosy en-suite bedrooms – each with high specification walk-in shower rooms and superb mountain views. Four bedrooms open onto Juliette balconies, perfect for gazing out at the evening alpenglow.

Enjoying freshly made canapés each as an introduction to your four-course Signature evening meal is just a small indulgence you can enjoy at Chalet Nimbus, which also features a heated outdoor pool on the lower ground floor, complete with inset whirlpool (open until 7pm). There’s a steam room, sauna and relaxation room as part of the wellness suite too, and although shared, these facilities are only available to guests from chalets Nimbus, Stratus and Cirrus. Finally, in addition to being able to leave your ski equipment at the hire shop in the centre of town, the chalet also has ski storage with heated boot warmers.

All in all, in terms of style, décor, comfort and location, Chalet Nimbus is an ideal luxury ski retreat in St Anton. And as a Signature chalet you can enjoy extra features including champagne on your first evening, our specially designed Signature menu and additional luxurious extras.

Brimming with traditional Austrian charm but with all the conveniences of a modern resort, St Anton's vast, high altitude ski area and vibrant atmosphere make it truly world class. It's one of the major international destinations that everyone must visit at least once (and is likely to return to frequently thereafter). Two minutes from the train station and less than an hour's drive from Innsbruck airport, it's a conveniently accessible resort. The main village is traffic free and stretches for about 1km - dot...
It's often said that if you learn to ski or snowboard here, you're likely to find any other resort an utter breeze... Just don't do a Bridget Jones (her memorable descent in 'Edge of Reason' took place on one of the more challenging Arlberg runs) and make sure to take advantage of the excellent tuition on offer. Thanks to local legend Hannes Schneider, St Anton opened the first ski school in 1921. The Skischule Arlberg continues to provide excellent tuition today, so beginners are in good hands. There's a nurs...
The après ski here is absolutely legendary: the atmosphere is constantly buzzing and with a night bus running until 3am, you can really make the most of your evening. You'll find about 20 bars offering a variety of scenes, but to experience après ski at its best you can't leave until you've joined the masses and danced on the tables at world-famous Mooserwirt or The Crazy Kangaroo (Krazy Kanguruh). While it's reputation is lively (and the resort lives up to it) there are lots of options if you prefer a more so...
