Located in a peaceful part of the village, facing the stunning peaks of the Serre Chevalier valley, the semi-detached Chalet Marmotte 2 warmly welcomes you into its 170 sq.m, designed for memorable stays with family or friends. Spread across three levels, it comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, offering a cosy alpine setting ideal for relaxation and shared moments.

On the garden level, two en-suite double bedrooms enjoy direct access to the garden, providing both comfort and a close connection to the outdoors. This floor also includes a game room for both children and adults, as well as a relaxation corner with a jetted bathtub—perfect for unwinding after an active day in the mountains.
The first floor, designed for sociable living, features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bright living room with access to a spacious balcony, and a welcoming dining area. A bedroom with en-suite shower room completes this level, ensuring comfort and privacy.
Upstairs, a bedroom with three single beds is ideal for children or friends, while a double bedroom with balcony offers a peaceful and light-filled retreat. These two rooms share a bathroom with bathtub.

The access path, shared with the adjoining chalet on the property, leads to a reserved area that can accommodate up to three vehicles, right in front of the chalet.
